Wow! Food was very good, exceptionally reasonable, and huge portions. Hubby had the meatloaf with a side of Cole slaw and potato salad. Cole slaw was a bit tangy/lemony (maybe) for his liking, but you could tell everything was made from scratch... or so it tasted. I had the liver and grilled onions with mashed potatoes, smothered in brown gravy with a side of turnip greens. Wow! The sides actually come in bowls the size of small cereal bowls! Loved the quaint atmosphere and admired the antiques and collectibles which literally covered every wall! The tea was served in large mason jars, had an amazing rich flavor and service was very good. The place was packed soon after we arrived. Too bad we didn't have room for desert.
